A new year has begun and so externally and internally we are all going through changes in our lives … While it is simply a leap in the calendar and the days seem to continue at the same pace, the truth is that closing a year means a lot in each one of us. In fact one always the air exchange to be able to drive to reach new goals, make lists of new objectives.
On the other hand I feel in the depths that finishing a year is somehow “cutting and closing”, leaving behind what has hurt us, tears and sadness, illnesses and discomforts, closing doors, opening windows, leaving those people toxic, walking new roads … A new air is breathed at the beginning of each year, my heart and my mind are in that change, and so I start my first post 2019!
