Nobody said it would be easy, but it all starts with a desire deep inside the heart. Then that desire must be focused and desired daily. Contemplating what we want daily is not bad, in fact it is said that the universe will give us what we ask, if we carefully believe it. I do not say that if I want a rabbit to appear in my garden, a rabbit will appear in my garden, I only say that when we manifest, and we do that a positive exercise, and in some way we help with our actions, everything can happen. That is to say, it is not worthwhile to get stuck in what does not reach us, but rather to always have an open mind to let the light enlighten us and the ideas to be born. It sounds crazy, I know, but anyway, my new year began with a long meditation after my yoga class, so “that meditation” helped me to “dream” and focus, so that’s how they find me, dreaming and wanting to the heart that everything manifests, so I find myself, helping the universe to become reality!
