1. We will start our empanadas argentinas for the preparation of the dough. To do this, take a container and place the flour in the shape of a volcano. In the center, add the chopped butter, egg yolk, oil, sugar and salt and mash it all. As you knead, pour the milk little by little and keep mixing.
2. When you obtain a homogeneous mash, spread it with a rolling pin on a previously floured surface. Once stretched, cut circles of 10-12 cm in diameter. Reserve them for later.
3. Now we go with the empanada of the empanada argentina. Ideally, the meat is cut with a knife, but if you do not have much time you can use it chopped. Take a pan and put oil to heat.
4.When hot, fry the onion with the meat and add the ground cumin, salt and pepper to taste, parsley, raisins and sugar. Cook it over medium heat until the meat is completely cooked. Optionally, you can add a splash of meat broth to bring more juiciness to the filling
5. Once the filling is done, distribute it with a spoon in the center of each circle of dough. Then, add to each pie a quarter of boiled egg and two olives cut into slices.
6. Do this, fold the dumplings, seal the edges with the tips of a fork and paint with the beaten egg. Then fry them in plenty of oil and place them on absorbent paper when they are ready to remove excess oil; or use preheated oven approx. 40 min. to 180ª.
